What’s better than pancakes for breakfast? Banana pancakes! And what’s better than delicious banana pancakes in the morning? How about delicious and nutritious banana protein pancakes, fortified with 100% plant-based protein from Rawfusion? This is just about the simplest recipe there is for banana protein pancakes, and it makes for a complete and balanced meal, so you could even convince yourself to eat them for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Banana

2 Eggs

1/2 Scoop RAWFUSION® Protein Powder*

Directions:

  1. Smash banana into a mixing bowl, add the RAWFUSION® and 2 eggs. mix to make the pancake batter.
  2. Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle or frying pan. Golden-brown on both sides and serve hot.

*Note: You can use any RAWFUSION® flavor to achieve the flavor you desire!
